Re: Trustee Sale from hell!In Reply to: Re: Trustee Sale from hell! posted by CC in OC on December 28, 2007 at 9:58 AM : I read nothing in the original poster's thread-starting inquiry that indicates he's blaming anyone else for his predicament, least of all the title company. Sounds to me like he's expressing his exasperation that the 1st TD lender is hard to get hold of. All he's really asking is what should he do about that? : I do, however, sense scheudenfraud from investor know-it-alls. Actually he has accused Aurora Loan Services of being "the lender from hell" with "95 reports on ripp-off report". Inexperienced investors blindly bidding at Trustee Sales hurt us all. This is where my anger stems from at him. He ends his post not stating that he is going to get educated, but he is now going to "get a prelim prior to bidding or at least have a title officer review the legal history". He is still clueless and has learned nothing from his ordeal, which he will most certainly lose money on. I'm not sure if he should have even reinstated the first, he didn't provide an address or any #s. Has he calculated back due taxes, sales costs, rehab costs, carrying costs, a declining market value, etc.. Who knows??? Instead of providing him help, the end result is he may lose another $40K - $50K.
