I've bought and sold a few mobile homes, often times I'm selling financing as well. As an investor I'm playing a game of chess in a way. I'm thinking of ways to get out before I get in. While doing mobile's I found banks/lenders and then myself as options to get out. I would be at a disadvantage ( I think ) if wasn't thinking about who/what my end user was going to get to take my damp sponge. I think knowing or helping buyers get financing is critical in this business ( especially now ).

On another note, I read you messages and feel your anger/disatifaction toward other posters. I think you should read "How to win friends and influence people" By Dale Carnegie. It's a great book on dealing with people.
