He's going to burn a lot of energy and time defending his arguments. Presumably his defense will be pro se. What successful lawyer has the time to represent himself in a long drawn out court battle. I guarantee you he'll face better lawyers in the courtroom. What kind of person would want to put themselves or their families through all the drama, even if he were to prevail in court. I'll believe this guy is successful when I read it in the judge's opinion.
