His two other siblings (one in El Grove and the other in Bakersfield) agreed on the price which is was placed on the MLS as of 11/03/09. The document that was requested for title is Letters Testamentary (Form DE-150). Powers to sell as Rick and Kristine mentioned earlier. If no one comes out of the woodwork, the transaction should go smooth.
