The most important thing you need to have is access to the people with money. If you have that, finding properties is the easy part. If you would like to discuss how to form an organization, email me. Note - while your opinon may differ, it is likely a bit early in Southern California, to be doing this. You can see the information as easily as I, and while this is a good time to start planning, it strikes me that there is way more downside to this market than upside at the moment.
