(Sometimes as low as 40 cents on the dollar) Basically, were bringing investors to the table to buy these packages. Does anyone have any experience putting together investment groups (REITs, HEDGE FUNDS, Syndicates, etc) that buys these types of packages. I'm looking to put something together so WE can buy these packages.. Any help is greatly appreciated...
