There goes your privacy of ownership, one main reason for using the trust vehicle in the first place. : There's is a handy dandy book authored by Mark Warda titled, LAND TRUSTS FOR PRIVACY & PROFIT, published by Galt Press in 2002 http://www.galtpress.com It lists all the states and their salient differences in the use of the land trust. : Hope this helps.
