This is a 1 hour 52 minute recording of Ward Hanigan's presentation to the Inland Empire Investor's Club in Corona, CA on Tuesday, August 29, 2006. The topic is "Equity Buyouts". It is a complete walk through of the equity buyout procedure. The audio was recorded using an Olympus DM-1 recorder and converted to mp3 format for use with an mp3 player, or smartphone, or you can play it on your computer.

Ward talks for almost two hours. The are no breaks in the recording; Ward turned it on at the start of the seminar and left in on until the end.

We get lots of questions asking if this audio file is any different from our other audio file seminars of the same topic. The answer is: Yes and No. The seminar covers the same basic information, but questions from the audience are bound to be different.
