I am glad to have found it. : I am thinking of getting into the RE investing game via trustee's sales in Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County and any other nearby county that has good opportunities. In this seller's market, is it a good time to get into the trustee's sales arena of investing? ============ Dean, It seems to many observers that the period from now to the fall election is going to be the last hurrah in this seller's market. I'm getting that same antsy feeling, especially when a number of my trainees call to tell me it's getting a lot harder to find any kind of deal at all. So you just might want to keep your powder dry until the election is over and a lot of iffyness is out of the system.
