We are foreclosing, BUT the insurance is being cancelled since the place is vacant. We have tried numerous insurance companies but have had no luck getting insurance. The BIGGEST issue is that although we hold the note, the deed is not inour name. Then the next issue is the vacancy matter. We dont mind paying a higher premium, we would just sleep better at night if the place were insured. Any suggestions/references would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
