ASAP – Please Help We need cash and have not been able to get it thru conventional sources. My wife's parents died several months ago leaving a house worth about $105K(72K VA lien) in a Revocable Joint Trust. My wife is the trustee. She also owns a home with very little equity and has been paying both mortgages. Now she is delinquent and needs to get some equity out of the parents house for the trust. We moved into the parents house after their death and would love to stay in it if possible. She is emotionally attached because it has been owned by the family for three generations. But we will do what we have to do. She needs a quick solution. Her credit score is about 510 and she makes about 50K a year. This is a excellent (3br1bath)house in a very nice neighborhood in Hampton, Va. near Va. Beach.
