My home was sold in nonjudical foreclosure the house had liens with irs and i was working towards reconsolidation thru chapter13. The irs was never notified of sale and the house was sold for the 1 st deed price of around 200,000 the second deed bought my home , I had over 340,000 equity. Is this legal?
