: Hello Ward,
: I live in Southern California and I am getting ready to take your 3 day course in December. What would you recommend for structuring a business. I have read a few things about S Corps., C Corps., LLC's, LP's and GP's and wonder what would fit best for the Foreclosure business.
: Peace,

Chris,

I'd use an LLC for my operating company. I think it offers a great repellent to nuisance lawsuits.
Also, I'd use the LLC as the trustee for my THT's.

I'd use the Title Holding Trust format to take title to the properties I buy, whether I'm flipping or keeping them.

If I'm going to flip a property I'd transfer it to a multi-member entity just before I opened escrow on it.

See you in December.
