[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] Please Help do I foreclose or evict Posted by Michelle on September 21, 2003 at 1:13 PM I have or at least thought I had sold my mobile home in July of this year. I have tried to the best of my ability to be nice to this man but to no avail has he helped himself. He has not made a payment to me yet. He tried to make the first payment, but the check bounced. I contacted him and he said he would take care of it. Then on the second month he set me a fax to fill out for him so he could get a one time payment for some government agency to help him with his rent. I obliged and filled it out for him when by the end of the second month I still had no payment I sent another letter stating that he was in default and needed to pay back what he owes so far. Still no response, so I sent a demand for payment notice that I wanted all but without prejudice to my right would accept what he owed still. And again no response. I gave him 7 days to pay ion full or I would start proceeding to reclaim property. My question is I guess, do I evict or foreclose, or reposes? It is a mobile home in Florida, seller financed. Please Help!!! I really don't know how to do either nor now where to look for information.
