: My mother's home was just auctioned off Monday after forclosure. What is the time frame given before you must move? She has received no notice to vacate. And is it legal to remove appliances that came with the house?

Crystal,

In all likelihood you’ll get a formal notice to vacate due to foreclosure. And in that notice there will be a deadline by which you should move out.

Yes, you can remove appliances that came with the house, as long as they retain the quality not being permanently affixed to the real property.
