I notice under section 3-302 of the Uniform Commercial Code there is certain criteria that must be met to qualify as a holder in due course, one of which is: “without notice that the instrument is overdue or has been dishonored or that there is an uncured default with respect to payment of another instrument as part of the same series,” How does this subsection affect the JBB process?
