foreclosure stats/housing bubble

Posted by Art on June 17, 2003 at 8:52 PM

Hi, so glad I found this site... I thought I would ask
everyone's opinion on the so-called "housing bubble".
According to the statistics page (could this be updated?),
foreclosures are roughly down year over year. To me, this
still shows strength in the market (not surprising considering
the interest rates). Would an increasing number of
foreclosures be an indication that the bubble is about to burst?
Thanks for any opinions!
