I saw it at the clerkrecorder files . at first there is the Grant deed and 2 different deed of trust for 2 companies. After about a year they have a SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE followed by a Deed of trust for one of the mortgage companies and then only SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE for the other one. what does this mean ?
