I am not going to bother tryin go follow that trail yet as I am still working on the one below. I cant get the sequence to workout. If anyone wants to correct the actions and sequence please go ahead
Is going to buy Property owned by.. Person B with Bank B, Note B, Trust Deed B, Trustee B, Grant Deed (Prev to B), Reconvenaynce Deed B,Escrow AB and Title AB If #1 is the earliest time period and higher numbers occur later in sequence, In what order do the movement of deeds and liens need to take place? For example- #3 Bank A gives money to Escrow #4 Bank B gives Note B and Reconveyance Deed B to Escrow #5 Trustee B gives Trust Deed B to Escrow #6 Person B gives Grant Deed (B to A) to Escrow #7 Escrow gives money to Bank B. Bank B leaves picture and goes surfing. At the same time, Escrow gives Trustee A the Trust Deed A and Bank A the Note A #8 Escrow gives Person B Note B, Trust Deed B and Reconveyance Deed B. Person B leaves and also goes surfing. #9 Title AB records Trust Deed A, Grant Deed (B to A) Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
