I called trustee Ndex West LLC, they said they will not do any change after the sale receipt is issued. What can I do? Can I change it after I receive trustee's deed before recording? How do I do it? white it out title part and handwrite the new title? Can I do that? Do they allow me to record if I do it? Thanks!
