Asking for he waiver seemed pretty much pointless, just wanted to see what happened and I wanted to check out the planning department anyway. I called the supervisor and she is on vacation until aug 1st, I dont expect a different answer though. I really dont know which maps are required to be recorded when a developer builds a tract. I know three are many different types of plans though,I would think you would have architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil etc and all would need to be checked by an official wouldnt they, maybe recorded? A typical tract could be anywhere from 1 year old to 30 years old. I noticed the newer ones typically will have the site map at the entrance. I have found that the accessor's map just seem like lot line maps and not that useful for condos
