I have a few of the maps you describe. I picked them up from tract sales offices 20 or 30 years ago. Since they were produced as promotional material, they can't be found in any official records. If you are a member of an MLS, send me an email and I'll describe a back door way of getting the info. This method works for me but may not work in all areas of California. Dond
