I even think that Bruce Norris jumped into the pool a litle too early. I mean he was expecting a drop of 25-30%, but now we come to find out that is closer to 40-60% Ouch! Like I said earlier, I believe the real estate market will overshoot to the downside. Yes we are going to go back to the 1998/ 99 prices. Heck in some areas we are already in 2001 prices. GC : 1) Home values are continuing to drop with high velocity. (Sales are up : due to foreclosures saturating the market--these buyers think they : are getting bargains... they are... but nothing compared to what : they'd get if they waited another 1-2 years.) : 2) Too much going on in the economy... govtmt and banks are hiding : the facts, thus... every day there are new surprises erupting. Too : many dynamics. No way to predict, even short term. : My gut tells me to stand aside. Keep my money safe in my MMA. Watch : listen and learn. Not time to strike yet. : Really need to make a chunk of cash. Need to pay off some debt and : boost up the household reserves. Think I'll look for another avenue.
