Someone mentioned trusts...

Bruce Norris, however, didn't say he uses trusts. He said he hasn't yet had a problem with end buyers' many different lenders and title seasoning. Hopefully, for those who don't want to use trusts, he will disclose those lenders with no seasoning issues.

Seems to me the answer is to be proactive--however you set it up ahead of time--and not get stuck at the end and not be able to fund.
