I have just been through the problem. Purchased a home, rehabed it, got it in
escrow.. Was ready to close and the bank said that I need to have owned the home
for more then 90 days.. It's conventional not FHA. From what I have learned although
this is not a freddie/fannie rule some lenders are adding additional guidelines
to safeguard themselves.

So those who claim they are not having issues, please list the banks. I hope
bruce you will produce a list to help all of us. You said you have not been having
issues, please help us all out.

Would like to hear from others who are not having issues.
