Sounds to me like he's expressing his exasperation that the 1st TD lender is hard to get hold of. All he's really asking is what should he do about that? : I do, however, sense scheudenfraud from investor know-it-alls. Thanks CC, The lender Aurora Loan Services did relent after a barrage of legal threats and reinstated the loan. I originally paid $255k for the house at the first trustee sale. With the cost of both loans and legal fees I will take a loss but not nearly the $255k had the sale of the 1st TD gone through.
