Sounds to me like he's expressing his exasperation that the 1st TD lender is hard to get hold of. All he's really asking is what should he do about that? : I do, however, sense scheudenfraud from investor know-it-alls. the fact the he even mentions that he checked with the service desk of a title company to me is attempting to point blame elsewhere.
