While some other more helpful folks may post an answer for you on this this forum, I couldn't help to share my favorite ways of bugging Ward: Say: "Pre-foreclosure" Say: "Revert to the lender" Say: "Property goes back to the lender" Anybody else have any other terms that Ward goes ballistic over?
