I personally use Dataquick Property Pro CD including parcel maps. It's about $110/month and includes all the property and owner information for every property in the county.

It can also be used for a lot more than just names and mailing addresses. I use it to get comps, find non-owner occupied, and out of state owners. It will generate mailing labels if you want.
