In the first half of this exclusive seminar we will go over the foreclosure process, its effects, the current foreclosure trend and an overall presentation of buying the property from the owner, or from the trustee, or from the lender after the trustee's sale. The second half of the seminar will be devoted entirely to a detailed presentation of just one of the three major profit areas. We will rotate the 2nd half presentations from meeting to meeting according to the following schedule:
